The Rondos Academy are always looking for outstanding candidates to join our highly qualified team of coaches, working within our academy structure.

Our philosophy, is to improve players technically, making them more competent on the ball with both feet, whilst incorporating possession based exercises (underloads/overloads) that challenges their technical ability, allowing them to improve their game understanding.

We currently have 4 Technical Academy venues across Kent/London, holding over 350 players, whereby, we deliver our bespoke training sessions to our academy players on a weekly basis.

We run our own in house Rondos CPD event on a termly basis, which all Rondos Academy coaches must be committed too, as it gives them a clear structure and understanding of the terms topic and the content that will be delivered to our players, whilst continuing their own development as coaches. Rondos will be there to support and develop you further within your coaching career.

We have an extremely good reputation in the area for our professionalism, aswell as, the level of detail in our coaching that we feel no one else can match.

Candidates interested should:

Live within an accessible distance of our technical academy venues and ideally be available for at least two evenings of the week. Or/And available for Saturday morning's and daytime midweek for Schools Programme.

We also require coaches to be technically competent, in order to demonstrate to the players at game speed.

Candidates should also be able to inspire their players, whilst maintaining key disciplines with a fun approach (personality) which sets us apart from our competitors.
